Leadership
  • Mihir Shah, Co-Founder & CEO

    Prior to co-founding Mob.ly, Mihir served in key product leadership roles at Yahoo for over four years, most recently as Senior Director of Product Management for Yahoo! Search. Mihir was responsible for the US Web Search product and also helped launch Yahoo’s first mobile search products.

    Before joining Yahoo!, Mihir was Director of Product Marketing at Grand Central, where he helped launch one of the first Web Services networks for businesses. He also served as Director of Product Management at Respond.com, a lead generation service for small and local businesses.

    Mihir started his career as a management consultant at R. B. Webber & Company. At Webber he worked with a number of startups and Fortune 500 technology companies- including Hewlett Packard and AT&T Wireless- to develop go-to-market strategies across a wide range of high-tech product segments.

    Mihir holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

  • Yishai Lerner, Co-founder & CTO

    Yishai's desire to find new ways of making technology both fun and useful has been motivating him since his days at MIT.

    Prior to Mob.ly, Yishai spent 6 years developing mobile consumer products and platforms at Carrier IQ and Core Mobility, which both focused on embedded cell phone client/server applications for wireless carriers. At each company, he was the founding engineer, architecting and delivering the products as well as building the engineering teams.

    Yishai has worked on consumer-focused companies including Respond.com, a lead generation service, where he led the server engineering team focused on business applications. He also developed video games at Activision Studios, where he worked on artificial intelligence algorithms, physics systems and graphics engines.

    Yishai holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
